Ancient Chinese philosophy says that “a superb physician is one who treats before the ailment occurs”. It should be the objective of all philosophies of medicine to prevent disease rather than only be called to heal the sick. The goal of this website is to provide information on how to prevent dis-ease and keys to keeping your animals healthy so that they are able to enjoy life to its fullest.

My practice philosophy is first and foremost to prevent disease and to find imbalances before symptoms manifest – basically treat before the last straw breaks the camel’s back. If disease has occurred already, I will help you address the root cause to create the greatest opportunity for healing.

The body has the innate ability to heal, provided it is supported in its efforts to do so. Such support can look very differently for each animal and may include different healing modalities that nurture body, mind and spirit. For more information on the services I offer, I invite you to explore my website. If there is a subject you are particularly interested in please feel free to let me know.

Rabies vaccination, for example is known to protect an animal for several years. The same is true for Tetanus. Titer testing is a good way to find out what your friend really needs.
